BRIAN COLE

Brian started and grew the highly successful Medical Device Practice as Managing Partner at Kaye/Bassman International Corp, the 9th largest retained search firm in the US prior to founding MedTech Executive Search in 2016. He quickly leveraged his reputation and deep network of relationships to become the youngest firm listed by Forbes as Americas Best Executive Recruiting Firms. Prior to that, Brian founded Medical Device Recruiters, which became a leading boutique search firm within the Medical Device industry. He began his career within the Medical Device industry in 1991 while working for Lukens Medical Corporation.

Prior to being in the Medical Device industry, Brian earned his BBA in Accounting from West Texas State University. He went to work for a Big 8 CPA firm and received his CPA license in 1989.

WYATT COLE

Wyatt joined MedTech Executive Search in 2022 after working as an Account Executive at a Venture Capital accelerator in Austin, Texas. Wyatt also worked in marketing at TikTok. He has also interned in Marketing as well as at a highly successful research services company.

Wyatt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
